In Block Stock layout, palettes are put on the floor or for a maximum of two floors, whereas in Rack Stock, product palettes are stored in six racks, which is one of the unique characteristics of this storage warehouse.

ASPC owns one of the most well-equipped warehouses across Pars Special Economic Energy Zone with an area of 40,770 square meters. ASPC’s products include polyethylene, light polyethylene, medium polyethylene and heavy polyethylene at different grades, which are packaged and then scanned. The data are transferred through a wireless network to a powerful ERP server.

Based on predefined priorities, the ERP system selects the place where the pallet should be placed while displaying it to the user. The user then transfers the pallet to the specified position, scans the pallet information and location. This will validate the warehousing process. Throughout loading, the spatial variations are entirely scanned, the products are placed in containers and prepared for customer delivery.
