    1. BS at Polymer Engineering
    2. At least 3 years of experience sales of polymer/petrochemical products
    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Marketing and Export Sales of products including polyethylene, Ethylene, C3+, C5+ and Crude C4
    2. Conducting Predictive Analytics & Marketing Research
    3. Being fluent in CRM software for expert.
    4. Researching and providing reports about the products and grades in polyethylene market and tailoring them as inputs for technical department’s development programs.
    5. Studying and updating the reports about the current status of domestic and international rival companies and producing related reports for providing the company with insights over enhancing the quality of competitive service to customers.
    6. Other tasks as assigned.
    Requirements
    1. Strong knowledge of Polymer/ petrochemical Market.
    2. Experience in marketing and sales of polymer (essential) and polyethylene (preferred) products.
    3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    4. Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
    5. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
    6. Proficient in MS office and possess a basic understanding of the internet, and Web technology.
    7. Work closely with the other departments to align the company’s marketing, sales, product and support strategies.

    HR Business Partner

    Job Location: Assalouyeh, Bushehr Province, Iran

    Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties:

    Manage organizational structure creation and maintenance.

    Participate in workforce planning and collaboration in identifying and prioritizing the recruitment needs and required expertise.

    Finding, listing, Inserting job posts, and collecting applicable resumes made to the company's business identification and recruitment appointments.

    Perform professional interviews according to the competency model.

    Manage employee movement processes and procedures (e.g. Employee transfers, promotions, redeployment, and rotation).

    Manage job-profiling system and ensure that necessary job profiles are available for all positions in ASPC.

    Develop and implement career paths according to employees.

    Participate in performance management and handle poor performance meetings.

    Ensure that talent management takes place and that succession planning and career paths are in place and are understood by the workforce.

    Manage the employee separation process and procedures (e.g. Resignation, retirement, retrenchment, dismissal, ill health, death, and incapacity).

    Conduct exit interviews with all employees who leave the company and analyze the feedback.

    Participate in developmental projects according to the action plan of the department.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.

    At least 6 years of working experience related to education and the subject of working. History of work in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

    Professional knowledge of all HR areas.

    English proficiency and computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS Office.

    Job Location: Assaluyeh, Bushehr Province, Iran

    Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties

    Feed Company’s promotional projects for new products and grades by preparing reports, collecting and analyzing polymer industries related data, including forecasts, on weekly monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

    Conduct technical research to analyze company’s needs and requirements (e.g. Local/international trends and preferences).

    Undertake business development activities by researching, developing and delivering marketing strategies, planning and implementing sale activities.

    Identify and analyze main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to customers.

    Organize promotional activities for new products.

    Creation and publication of Research & Analytical marketing material

    To ensure the Company website is effective in terms of marketing opportunities, serving the needs of our customers and potential sales activity.

    To work with the Directors in ensuring an efficient production of the company Newsletter.

    Such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymer Engineering

    Must be an Iranian Citizen

    Strong Polymer/ Petrochemical knowledge
