CEO: It Is on Pioneer Companies to Extend Science

Referring to ASPC's knowledge and aggregated know-how, the company's CEO stated that pioneer firms are responsible for spreading and developing the science to further florishing the country, benefiting the organizations and people all together.

Addressing the second round of process safety conference, held (Sunday, October 6th) in the specialized conference hall of the Oil Ministry, with the presence of managers, heads and specialists of 4 main companies of the Oil Min., Mohammad Reza Heidarzadeh assessed the strengthening of the safety culture as important in the industry: "With regard to the Oil Ministry's sunsidiaries, we are witnessing a long lifespan of the facilities, and this is despite the fact that the efficiency and productivity of some companies, especially petrochemicals, is higher compared to international equivalent companies." 

He pointed to making production record in ASPC in 2022 and clarified: "Despite the long lifespan of the equipment, we managed to break this record and reach the maximum safe production in the company, and it could not have been achieved without paying special attention to the HSE

Mentioning the importance of the culture of prevention in the field of process safety, he added: "Focusing on risk management and preventing accidents requires consistent management and a great deal of attention.

ASPC's CEO mentioned the analysis of events, investigation of the smallest issues and signs that can lead to an accident, continuous monitoring of processes, creation of written and continuous programs and most importantly empowerment of employees, as Process Safety Management (PSM) and said: The participation of employees in the processes and training, as well as holding such conferences, have possitive results for the industry.
