Localization of 1300 Sensitive and Widely Used Industrial Parts with ASPC's Support
Aryasasol Polymer Company (ASPC), has been remarkably successful in localizing and manufacturing of 1300 practical sensitive industrial equipments through reverse engineering with the assistance of powerful domestic khowledge-based companies in the recent years.
After several years of exploitation on one hand and cruel sanctions and the complexity of providing necessary items from the main manufacturers on the other hand, the essentiality of supplying the parts and items required for the maintenance and repairs of the installed equipment of large and well-known industrial companies in ASPC site, the self-sufficiency and in-house manufacturing unit of ASPC has led it to rely on the technical ability of the company's specialists and the ability of domestic manufacturers to produce the technical knowledge and parts it needs.
Manufacturing these parts, most of which are highly advanced as far as the technology is concerned, ASPC has been able to lay aside up to 1,676 billion Rials in foreign exchange costs.
Also, the self-sufficiency and in-house manufacturing unit of ASPC has been able to become one of the key pillars in the stable supply of the required parts of the complex by preparing and producing more than 6,000 preliminary plans and 3,000 technical construction packages.
ASPC's entrance into the field of localization due to the previous experience of the past and new approaches in implementing the existing capacities to be present in new areas will reduce costs, stabilize business, minimize the risk and facilitate supply chain activities.
Continuous cooperation with universities, scientific centers and science and technology parks is one of the most important measures the self-sufficiency and in-house manufacturing units of ASPC has been achieved so far, that is built in the shadow of localization of required parts. This lays the foundation for exploiting the scientific and technological power of knowledge-based production companies and obtaining complex technologies and making special parts.
The aim of the self-sufficiency and in-house manufacturing unit of ASPC is to be present in the three areas of spare parts, chemicals, electrical items and precision instruments for the purpose of localization. Therefore, with the support of ASPC, complex and strategic parts with the approach of ensuring the continuity of operations in the complex, production and supply of essential chemicals in order to reduce dependence on imports and save foreign exchange and design, manufacturing parts and electrical equipment and precision instruments for control and monitoring industrial operations are constructed.
