The fifth meeting on evaluating Arya Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) ’s performance in the previous Iranian calendar year 1397 (March 2018-March 2019) and developing a comprehensive action plan for the current year 1398 (March-2019-March 2020) was held with the participation of the company’s Managing Director Amir Hossein Bahreini as well as middle and senior planning and executive managers of the company’s various units on April 18-19, 2019.
According to the public relations department of the company, all the activities and performances of the company’s units for the year 1397 (March 2018-March 2019) were studied and evaluated and topics of the units’ action plans for the year 1398 (March 2019-March 2020) were developed and approved over the two-day meeting.
Speaking at the conference, Bahreini expressed his satisfaction over the successful holding of the annual ordinary general assembly meeting and summarizing the company’s plans for the year 1397 at the beginning days of the new year. Highlighting the importance of the planning system for realizing the company’s objectives, the managing director stressed the need for boosting the moral for collective work and seriousness for removing obstacles toward continuous progress of the plans.
ASPC formulates its annual plans with the utmost participation of all the organizational units of the company — within the framework of an exclusive and integrated software — and evaluates, reviews, and updates them at six-month intervals. In order to become assured of realizing the goals, all the units are monitored and controlled on a monthly basis. And through running planning conferences in every six months, all the units’ performances are reported to the senior management, while the highest level of organizational coordination is achieved as well. The company’s action plans for the year 1397 – with more than 1,100 approved topics and some 7,000 defined activities – have progressed by 86.5 percent over the year 1397 (March 2018-March 2019).
