Mohammad-Reza Heidarzadeh, Executive Manager of the Arya Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) visited the Behesht Reza Charity and met with charity owner, Yusuf Aslani, in line with the ASPC’s commitment to social responsibilities.The Behesht Imam Reza charity is a non-governmental organization that looks after disabled children who lack guardianship. The charity also provides necessary aid to deprived families to help them care for their children. The charity’s mission is to provide orphans with a dignified and proper life.The Behesht Imam Reza Charity is one of the biggest care centers for orphaned children in the country. With 4 centers across Tehran, the charity is currently taking care of 150 children and 150 abandoned elderly patients. It is also supporting 30 children living in deprived families.It should be noted that the ASPC is one of the leading industries in the country in the field of social responsibilities and environment conservation. The company has spent significant resources adapting distinctive measures in the direction of sustainable development. It is worth noting that the ASPC attained first place for the Hatef National Award at the 5th National Summit of Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture in the field of social responsibilities. Team of firefighters of Arya Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) won 5 gold and 5 silver medals on Friday (May 6, 2022) in the 14th edition of the World Firefighters Games 2022 (April 30 –May 7) which was held in Lisbon, Portugal with 50 teams in participation from across the globe.During the event, Ali Jahan’bakhsh won 2 gold medals in discus and hammer throws while he also secured 2 silver medals in shot put and 4×100 meters relay.In the 100-meter dash, Mohammad Hassan’zadeh won a silver medal and this comes as Mostafa Khosravi won 2 gold medals in the long and triple jumps.Ali Ghasemi, elsewhere, won a gold medal in the 400 meters hurdles, a bronze medal in the high jump, as well as a silver medal in medal 4×100 meters relay.The World Firefighters Games is an international sporting event that welcomes all full-time, part-time, volunteer, retired, structural and bush firefighters, fire service support personnel, aviation fire services, military emergency response personnel, and their immediate direct family from all across the globe.The games are held biennially in different countries and offer more than 50 different sports and challenges including archery, rugby sevens, windsurfing, poker, swimming, athletics, and softball, with the “Toughest Firefighter Alive” being the blue riband event.
