Arya Sasol Polymer Co.'s storage warehouse covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters is among the most well equipped warehouses in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) and even in Iran. The company's polymer products including medium- and high-density polyethylene (MD/HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) are stored there after being packed and scanned.
The data on pallets are transferred through a wireless network to a powerful ERP server, where the places of the products are defined based on some predetermined priorities. The pallets, then, are transferred to their position, and stored in two forms of block and rack stock. In the block stock form, products are put on one or two floors, whereas in the rack stock form, pallets are stored in six racks, which is one of the unique characteristics of the warehouse. After being scanned, they are prepared for customer delivery.
