Making investment in training employees of the company (common-law and leased employees) is as importance as making investment in commercial and technological fields. So, teaching health, safety and the environmental (HSE) points to the employees of the operational and administrative sections of the company is considered as a necessary mission and priority. Therefore, we at ASPC intend to improve the HSE culture in order to turn working in a safe place into a sustainable organizational behavior.
To that end, the company runs HSE courses annually in the forms of general (retraining) courses and also professional courses of “health, safety, the environment, and emergency conditions” for all the employees based on the needs of the organization aimed at activating the HSE and the process safety management systems as well as making the employees familiar with laws and regulations and having a better understanding of risk-based activities.
